Much of our work is done on a flat-fee basis, either annual, quarterly, monthly or project-by-project. Because of this, clients can interact with us without worrying that the clock is running. We frequently visit our clients’ offices. This allows us to get to know your business is a way few attorneys ever will. The heart of our business is made up of a few core clients. For these core clients we act in a manner similar to a part time in-house counsel, but at a much smaller cost.
