Ryan F. Howell

Ryan concentrates his practice in the area of business law. Ryan represents Denver/Boulder area entrepreneurs, venture firms, and privately held businesses.

Prior to Hedberg & Howell, LLC, Ryan worked as Director of Legal Affairs for TIVIS Ventures, a private equity firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. As Director, Ryan managed a small legal team and quarterbacked the use of outside counsel to achieve the legal objectives of TIVIS and its portfolio companies. Ryan has also worked in healthcare consulting, and spent a summer working for one of the largest law firms in China.

Mr. Howell holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from Brigham Young University.

In addition to being a dedicated attorney, Ryan is an avid runner and technology enthusiast. Ryan and his wife, Kristen, are the proud parents of three girls.
