Fee Options

We understand that not every company has the same legal demands or budgets. With that in mind, we provide our clients a variety of fee options, including the following:

Flat monthly/quarterly rate:
This option works best for companies who need consistent legal services on a committed basis. This option works for us for the same reasons it works for you: it provides a fixed dollar amount on which both of us can rely. To those clients that select this model substantial savings can be available.

Project flat fee:
A guaranteed, flat fee for an individual project. This can be ideal for transactions that come up on a consistent basis because it allows us to pass on economies of scale created by repetition.

Hourly:
This is the traditional law firm model. Currently, the hourly rates for attorneys at Hedberg and Howell, LLC range from $130 for associates to $200 for partners.
